The
oldest Russian Orthodox church in North America is here
in Unalaska located in the Aleutian Islands. If you've ever
had Alaskan King Crab, the chances are that it came from
here via Dutch Harbor. The Japanese attacked the island
in 1942 leaving lots of fun stuff buried in the hills. |
